Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Nambucca Surf Co, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit provided that:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging and accessories are included.

  • You can provide proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is confirmed to have a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty. This may include products such as swimwear, wetsuit accessories, ear plugs, sunscreen, or other personal care items where applicable.
